New Year's Eve Flow & Let Go - Zoom Workshop

Start your new year with clear intentions, a revitalized body, and a balanced mind.

This reflective New Year's Eve practice will include a gentle vinyasa yoga practice full of juicy twists & backbends, journaling and intention-setting for the new year, blissful mantra chanting, and a rejuvenating savasana.

We will start with a period of reflection on 2020, and cultivating our intentions and affirmations for 2021 (known to yogis as a sankalpa), followed by a sacred mantra meditation to remove any obstacles that may be in our way. Then we will use the practice of yoga poses (asanas) to infuse our intentions in our physical bodies. Finally, we will practice a meditation to calm our minds and allow our new year’s intentions to settle into our hearts.

Participants should bring a journal, pen, and mala (meditation beads)
