Join Andrea Creel Yoga and Inspiration Yoga & Wellness LLC for a special new yoga offering designed especially for new parents and their babies.

This 60-minute class will include a series of yoga poses to help you strengthen and reconnect with your body, playful activities to deepen your bond with your baby, and breathing and relaxation exercises that offer you and your baby the opportunity to relax and restore.

This class is appropriate for moms, dads, or other caregivers with their babies ages 6 weeks - crawling. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for your baby. If you do not have a yoga mat, you can rent one for $1.

If you are recently post-partum, physician approval is recommended prior to participating in this class.
